If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us.
Send the product with its original packing along with a note indicating the Return Merchandise Number (RMN).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You are entitled for a refund if:
- You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing).
- You have received a wrong item or a damaged item.
We cannot offer refunds on the following items:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fitnessqore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fitnessqore.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Fitnessqore. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
